Home2Fit seeks to provide disabled people with the best chance
of finding the adapted home to meet their needs. As part of this
Home2Fit wants to work with organisations across Scotland that
provide information and support to disabled people to help their
search.
Becoming a Home2Fit partner allows you to see who's registering
with Home2Fit in your area providing the opprtunity to engage with
them. It also allows access to a case management tool that allows
your work them to be recorded and managed.
