Since stock transfer many councils are no longer
landlords and do not have the same responsibility to look after
housing stock and tenants. They will however be able to provide
information and advice on housing, as well as signposting to
housing providers in their area. Where an agreement has been made
with the council and housing associations, the contact details of
those partner organisations have been included.
